The statistics help me evaluate return rates and keep track of shipments even with the large volume of parcels we send.

We have a single partner through whom we can cover multiple carriers, the commercial terms and the administration, and at the same time we have an overview of shipments and cash-on-delivery payments in one place. We also use the data from NEOSHIP in our internal processes, for example when processing cash-on-delivery payments in POHODA. Given the volume of shipments we send within Slovakia and abroad, this kind of simplification makes a lot of sense to us.
