Is NEOSHIP s.r.o. a transport company?

NEOSHIP s.r.o. is not a transport company but a business and development company that has built and operates the online Neoship shipping system. As part of the shipping solution, every customer using Neoship also gets their parcel transport arranged through our partner courier companies - SPS, GLS, Packeta, Slovak Post, SDS.

Question 2

If I want to send parcels, is it not enough to contact just one courier company?

Accepted Answer

It is enough if you only think in terms of picking up and delivering a shipment. Each transport company even has its own system where you can upload order data that is used to generate shipping labels. But that is the basic logistics requirement. Every e-shop knows that the whole process from receiving an order to delivering it to the customer involves far more. And that MORE is not something courier companies deal with.

Why should an e-shop choose Neoship as its shipping partner instead of working directly with a carrier?

Because of the completeness, simplicity, speed and convenience:

- In Neoship we have a wide range of ready-made solutions and integrations that also take care of automated label printing.
- We handle everything with one contract and one invoice with us, no matter how many carriers you use.
- Neoship offers tracking, parcels colour-coded by delivery status (delivered, undelivered, in transit) and returns.
- The shipping calculator works out the price of any parcel very quickly.
- For every parcel we show both the final and the detailed price including all surcharges.
- In Neoship you can sort cash-on-delivery payments as you need using various filters (variable symbol, amount in the account, cash payment, card payment, currency, ...). The e-shop can then export them in a SEPA XML file, which lets it match COD payments with invoices in bulk in its accounting system.
- Requests for the carrier are entered directly with the parcel. Such parcels also stay specially marked so the e-shop can easily find them again later.

Do you also arrange one-off parcel transport?

Accepted Answer

No. We only arrange parcel transport for contracted clients - mainly for e-shops that ship on a regular basis. Anyone who wants to use our services must have a service contract with us.

Question 6

Do I have to sign a separate contract with every carrier?

Accepted Answer

No. The e-shop signs a contract with us only, and under that contract we arrange parcel transport through the courier company (one or several) of its choice.

Do Neoship services also include a pallet carrier?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Neoship services include transport provided by the company SDS.
