Manual - Activating the Neoship connector for Shoptet
Automate your dispatch with the Neoship connector, which is ready for all Shoptet users. Effortless parcel creation and convenient label printing become a matter of course. Thanks to the connector you can dispatch orders and print labels for SPS, GLS, DPD, Slovak Post and Packeta.
1. In the side bar of the Neoship application click Konfigurácie - Konektory:
2. From the options choose Shoptet. In the Názov field enter a name of your choice for the connection (it is entirely up to you). In the URL field enter your e-shop URL up to the slash, for example https://mojnajkrajsieshop.sk/. Leave the API kľúč field empty for now. Click save at the bottom right:
3. Then log in to your e-shop administration and search for the Neoship add-on among the shoptet add-ons. Click Objednať and Inštalovať:
The add-on has been installed successfully:
4. At the same moment, on the basis of the successfully activated add-on, the generated API key is pulled automatically into the API kľúč field in Neoship:
5. The connector is set up. For the correct data to be pulled from the orders into Neoship, you need to set up the carriers you use or will use within the Neoship services and the payment methods relating to cash on delivery. You can also freely set up a change of the order status in Shoptet after the data is imported into Neoship, as well as a change of the order status once the shipment is delivered.

Creating parcels and labels
You can watch the instructional video to see how to pull the data from the orders and then create parcels and print labels from it.
Or follow this manual step by step:
1. To pull the order data into Neoship automatically and create labels for it, click the orders button:
2. A page with the order list appears. At this point you enter into the filter which orders you want to get into Neoship. If they are the orders from today, there is no need to enter anything into the filter – the system pulls them automatically.
3. Select the orders and click Importovať vybrané:
4. After the import, all the orders appear again so that you can check the data or make changes, and if everything is in order you click Import once more. The data is uploaded into the parcel list, where all that is left to do is print the shipping labels:
